Swimming Pool
Sometimes you need a break from white sand and waves - Laze around in our large solar heated swimming pool or do some morning laps! At 20 metres long and 6 metres wide, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The pool depth is 1 metre (3'6) in the shallow end and 1.7 metres (5”6) in the deep end.
Relax and unwind pool-side on one of our many sun-loungers, under large sun umbrellas. There are also changing sheds, toilets and a cool outdoor shower in the swimming pool complex. Have a fun family barbecue at lunch time, in our great BBQ Area.
Our pool operates Labour Weekend (October) to Easter(April).
Hot Tub
Warm up, relax and unwind in our Hot Tub.
Located beside our main pool, it's also great for sports teams wanting to do their hot and cold treatment after a big game.
Unlimited FREE use for all guests.
Games & Entertainment
Our separate Games Room has a Pool Table (coin-operated and $1per game) and a number of ‘Spacie’ machines. There is an Air-Hockey table also in the BBQ area. Wireless Internet is also available.
We have a small book exchange (found in the park kitchen) and sports equipment for our guests to use – rugby, softball and cricket gear. There are also boogie boards available (no charge) at the office.
There is a public playground in Moa Park (directly adjacent to Cosy Corner). We have access to this playground and its playing field at the back of our holiday park. As this is a public park and playground, we do ask that parents/guardians supervise their children.
Wifi
Cosy Corner Holiday Park is now a wireless hotspot.
So if you have to keep in touch with work, or just enjoy emailing and net-surfing while you holiday, you can relax back on your beach chair, pull out your wifi laptop and connect instantly throughout the park.
Playground
We have a small playset in the camp for under 8yr olds. For the Older chidren a large public playground is next door to Cosy Corner.
Kitchen
Our park kitchen is a clean space with one large modern electric oven and
8 cook-tops.
You will also find a fridge/freezer in the park kitchen, along with a microwave, toaster, an electric Zip (continuous boiling water) and plenty of food preparation/washing up area.
Use our Kitchens during your stay on one of our great campsites or cabins.
Barbecue Area
Guests love dining outdoors in our covered Barbecue area.
There are two Electric Barbecues (free to operate) and plenty of tables and chairs.
Our Barbecue area can seat up to 100 people, so it’s ideal for a special occasion or fun family get-together.Also in this Barbecue dining area there is a large colour TV.
This indoor/outdoor Barbecue area has drop-down curtains and a gas patio heater for colder evenings.
Our TV area has a large sliding wall so it can be separated from the Barbecue area
Laundry
The park laundry houses a double dryer and two large washing machines. Each of these appliances is coin-operated ($4 per cycle for washing machine, $2 per cycle for dryer) and washing powder can be purchased at the office for $2.
There is also washing tubs, an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner in the park laundry.
A number of washing lines are positioned right by the laundry for your convenience.
Bathrooms
Our men’s and women’s bathrooms have a number of showers and toilets for guest’s use. There is no charge for showers here at Cosy Corner. There is a hairdryer in the women’s bathroom and a shaver point in the men’s.
There is also an outdoor shower by our park pool if you’d rather just grab a quick rinse off on your way back from the beach!
